Weekend Report

Made it out for a few hours Saturday morning to give my new Midwest Custom fly rod a try. The rod preformed flawlessly. Ended up catching 4 largemouth and 1 pike in the 2.5 hours I was out. Pictures aren't the greatest, but at least its evidence. Tough to take good pics when you're alone.

Caught all the largemouth on the saltwater clouser

Northern Pike

Caught the Northern on Carolina Fly's Wedding veill patter. Darn fish swallowed half of it!
